    Alexandre III Bridge

What is the most photographed bridge in Paris? The answer is in the title. Why such fervor? Maybe because it's the most decorated and the only one with statues covered in gold leaf. Maybe because it results in the largest plaza at the Invalides. Perhaps because it is close to several Parisian symbols: Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Champs Elysées, Boats Mouche. Built in 1900 for the Universal Exhibition, it attracts all kinds of photographers. Tourists obviously married (mostly Asian) and professionals "shootent" for advertising and fashion. Whatever the season, you will see on the Pont Alexandre III, models who are posing as soon as a ray of sunshine appears.

And leaving the bridge to the Champs Elysées you pass the Petit Palais all colored.
