The stage is set. A painting village, a doctor Gachet specialist in nervous diseases and a patient interned in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence: Vincent Van Gogh. Van Gogh is sick. Maybe abuse of absinthe is for something. Maybe it's an illness that gives him his genius (in this case thank you Pernod) and abuse of the color yellow. Dr. Gachet in Auvers does come, the hosts some time and recommend him to paint. Van Gogh gets a taste for life and painted. 70 days 70 paintings in Auvers-Sur-Oise.
